Prescription requirements depend on the treatment. Where a prescription is required, an independent licensed provider reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Completing an assessment does not guarantee eligibility or a prescription.
Where can I find costs and plan details?
Review the product page for your chosen treatment for current costs, what is included and any available plan options. Check the applicable billing and renewal terms before enrolling. Costs and plan details should be reviewed for the specific treatment you choose.

Medical review begins after the required health information has been submitted. Timing varies with provider availability, the completeness of your assessment and whether more information or evaluation is needed. Check your patient portal for treatment-status updates.
How will I receive my treatment?
If your provider prescribes treatment, a licensed pharmacy fills the prescription and ships your medication to you. Review the product and plan details for delivery information. Completing an assessment does not mean medication will automatically be sent.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
You can request a pause or cancellation through Modify Treatment in your patient portal, or through the portal’s Chat & Support team. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate. Refunds depend on the stage of medical review and prescription processing, as explained in our Terms and Conditions.
